Cancellation Policy
Starting January 1, 2021 I will be enforcing a no show/late policy. If you have received my confirmation e-mails/text through GlossGenius, you may already be aware of this. For appointments that are scheduled and are a no call/no show, 50% of your booked service will be invoiced to you. For an appointment that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a reminder of my cancellation policy along with an invoice of 25% of the booked service will be sent to you.
I am aware that things come up and life is busy, but please consider that this is my business and my livelihood. If my chair is not filled, I do not bring in what I scheduled for that day. A loss of an appointment greatly impacts my income and without notice it is difficult to make that up in any way or fill it with a guest on my waiting list.
I appreciate each and everyone of you and the loyalty you have to my business! I look forward to another great year behind the chair...without you this job I love would not be possible!
